Join the Coach for some Tuesday evening training 7pm (lights required), all welcome.
This will consist of a mix of laps/intervals/skills/group riding and be catered to the participants on the day.
(every week until further notice, weather dependent).
Meeting Point:- lay-by on Smeaton Approach outside the Academy.
These sessions are run independently from Seacroft Wheelers under the guidelines and insurance of the Association of British Cycling Coaches (A.B.C.C.).
All members are welcome to attend and as with official club rides and activities they do so at their own risk, helmets compulsory.
