Join the Coach for some Thursday evening training at 7pm (lights required).
This will consist of a mix of laps/intervals/skills/group riding and be catered to the participants on the day.
(Every week until further notice , weather dependent, check the scrolling ticker tape at the top of the home page for cancelled sessions).
Meeting Point:- lay-by on Smeaton Approach outside the Academy.
The Pendas Way Circuit starts at John Smeatons Academy on Smeaton Approach.
Left onto Barwick Road,
Left onto Pendas Way,
Left onto Mansion Lane,
Left onto Sandleas Way,
Left onto Smeaton Approach,finishing the lap back at the sports centre.
The circuit is 2.1 miles long.
