Due to our annual road race taking place this week we will be running just two groups to allow members to volunteer to help
Please let us know which ride you wish to join, either by the Facebook poll or by emailing the Ride Captain; we will follow BC and government guidelines on social distancing and group size
Short Social – Approx. 20 miles, 10-12 mph average but paced to least fast rider.
Elementary – Cycle Heaven, York; 45 – 50 miles, 12 – 14 mph avg
