This week, we are having a slightly longer-than-usual Intermediate ride instead of the Club Run; this year, this ride is instead of the usual ‘long’ summer rides of 100-120 miles that take place in summer months.
Short Social – 20-25 miles; pace to suit slowest rider, optional cafe stop towards the end
Elementary – Knaresborough, 45-50 miles; 12-14 mph avg (lumpy)
Intermediate – Hampsthwaite, 50-60 miles; 14-16 mph avg (lumpy)
Long Intermediate – Pateley Bridge, 75-80 miles; 14-16 mph avg (hilly – includes Greenhow)
