Short Social – 20 – 30 miles, 10-12 mph average but paced to least fast rider
Elementary – Harrogate; 40 – 45 miles, 12 -14 mph avg (undulating)
Intermediate – Hampsthwaite; 55 – 60 miles, 14 -16 mph avg (lumpy)
Club Run – Hampsthwaite; 65 – 70 miles, 16 -18 mph avg (lumpy)
