Two different destinations are planned this weekend. One group will take a fairly direct route to the nearer cafe, around 35-50 miles ridden at around 12-14mph. Another group will go a bit further afield with a route of around 50-70 miles at 14-16mph. If there is a sufficient turnout a third group may form going to the further cafe at a slightly faster (16-18mph) pace.
N.B. these rides are heading south of York to allow members to tie in a club ride with going to spectate at the National Trophy Series Cyclo-Cross event – details here.
Heading east, these rides will be mostly flat.
Shorter ride: Riccall (Dairyman’s)
Longer ride:Â Wheldrake (Pool Bridge Farm)
N.B. Finish times are not guaranteed and depend on the speed/distance/stops on the day.
