Short Social – 20 – 30 miles; 10-12 mph average but paced to least fast rider
Elementary – Askham Richard; 40 – 45 miles, 12 -14 mph avg (flat)
Intermediate – Boroughbridge; 55 – 60 miles, 14 -16 mph avg (rolling)
Club Run – Easingwold; 65 -70 miles, 16 -18 mph avg (lumpy)
