Elementary – Menston; 40 – 45 miles, 12 -14 mph avg (hilly)
Intermediate – Ilkley; 45 – 55 miles, 14 -16 mph avg (hilly)
Club Run – Fewston; 50 – 55 miles, 16 -18 mph avg (hilly)
