As part of the Trek Fox Valley/Bespoke Sports Kit Winter Cyclo Cross series, Seacroft Wheelers will be hosting the 2nd round at Temple Newsam. This is an open event and you can enter it as part of the series or as a stand alone race.
This is a Yorkshire Cyclo Cross Association event (ran under BC regs race license or day license required) details, categories and how to sign up on day on the following link (top right “Registration info”)….
Venue: Temple Newsam Park, Selby Road, Leeds LS15 0AD
Chip timing: don’t forget to return it after the race.

Note- there will be one lap of the running track on the first lap.

Approx time for one lap is 7mins full gas 🙂
Under 8s- 10min race
Under 10s & 12s- 15min race
Youth (under 16 & under 14)- 30mins race
Junior Women(16/17)/Senior & Vet Women(40+)/Vet Men 50+ 40min race
Junior Men(16/17)/Senior Men/Vet Men 40-49 1hour race

This will be an all day event and marshalls/helpers will be needed, this has been running as a Seacroft event for over 30 years so please contact Billy email@example.com to volunteer and ensure it continues to be a great event. Plus see some excellent racing, we should have several wheelers riding in the Female and Males races this year 🙂
Volunteers needed for the following please:
Course Set Up: between 7am-9:30am – join anytime and before your Sunday ride
Course Take Down: from 2:45pm – help clear after your ride.
Marshalling All day/Morning or Afternoon with morning briefing at 9:45 with first race at 10:30 Senior races at 12:45 and 2pm more than happy for people to volunteer for both or only one of these events if their time is limited.
Sign On: need to be there around 8:45 for sign on start at 9:30 this runs through to the last race start
Pack lunch (sandwich, crisps, biscuits, piece of fruit) and hot drinks/soft drinks/water will be provided
