Hi Wheelers,Ride along the former rail line from Ossett to Low Moor – despite being located in a very heavily built up area, this route takes you along a green route that is well maintained. Along the way you may see some folk art. This is a great ride for new off roaders, its only 25 miles but very easy terrain.****************************
9.00am -meet at The Barnbow Pub in Crossgates

Distance -25 miles, climbing 750 ft, saddle time approximately 3.5 hours.
Terrain- mainly easy to ride paths, relatively flat route
Bike suitability- surfaced railtrail so any off road capable bike should be fine, off road tyres recommended but you’ll get by easily on road tyres
Snacks – cafe stop planned but well worth bringing some eats/drinks with you
Note- Can you do a pre-ride check of your bike for faulty/worn/loose components in time so any issues can be resolved please.
